The 15th Asian Conference on Clinical Pharmacy

We are pleased to host this upcoming ACCP in Bangkok, Thailand Capital City for the second time following the 6th ACCP back in year 2006. Bangkok remains the Asia-Pacific’s top destination city for air travel, and is the world’s second top destination city after first-ranked London, the newly released MasterCard Global Destination Cities Index for 2014. As usual, the ACCP will serve as a platform for pharmacy educators and pharmacy practitioners among ASIAN countries to share the recent breakthrough in many aspects of clinical pharmacy. This conference also provides a distinctive opportunity for pharmacy educators, pharmacists, pharmacy residents, pharmacy students in training and other relevant health care professional from all over the region to meet, interact, and exchange their ideas about clinical pharmacy practice. This year’s conference theme “Advancing Clinical Pharmacy Practice & Education Toward Patient-centered Care” emphasizes the fundamental and inseparable relationship between practice and education, and highlight all progress toward the filed of clinical pharmacy. The scientific program will include a number of up-to-date sessions such as Ebola and offer preconference workshops for those who would like to improve clinical skills. There will also be numerous oral research presentations that introduce new data toward patient-centered care.  The 15th ACCP will be packed with several of sessions and programs that give presenters and participants an opportunity to discuss research updates interactively. For participants who would like to have your research work presented as an oral or poster presentation, please submit your abstract by the abstract deadline—March 15, 2015. This is an exciting time for Clinical Pharmacy Career. The Scientific Program Committee is developing a comprehensive program with outstanding list of speakers, a number of invited talks from country representatives, and expects more than a hundreds papers from pharmacy researchers all over the region. We would like to acknowledge the Scientific Program Committee members for their hard works in steering a state-of-the-art program that will be both entertaining and educational to all participants.
